Depending on the mission you entrust to us, we will decide with you what would be the best approach to candidates.
Before deciding on the search strategy, we will work closely with you to:

  • Analyse the structure of your company and its organisation.
  • Analyse the position within this structure and discuss the potential career-development
  • Define the profile of the ideal candidate.
  • Where possible, seek any suitable candidates within the company.
  • Assess the mission's chances of success.
Once we have agreed on the objective, we will define the best strategy and methodology, in order to find the candidates working in the right business environment, with the right skills and experience.
This could be either one or a combination of the following methods:
  • Direct Search: directly approach those in the market known for their abilities and contact our network of professional relations.
  • Media Search: place advertisements in specialised media.
  • Data Search: search in our filing system, which we systematically keep up-to-date
Whether found through search, advertisement in specialised media, unsolicited contacts, in our database or from any other source, all candidates are submitted to our selection & evaluation process.
This process consists of:
  • Meeting the candidate and having an in-depth discussion.
  • Checking their knowledge, qualifications and abilities.
  • Assessing their personality.
  • Evaluating their chances of success and fitting in.
  • Carrying out any additional test the client might require.
  • Reporting this extensively to our client.
We keep both our clients and our candidates closely informed at all times of the progress and the status of our mission, and issue-comprehensive evaluation reports.
